Returns: At DateFusion, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care to ensure that our products are delivered to you in perfect condition. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately. We kindly ask you to report any damages within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Damaged Product Policy: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us at 917-498-4492 or email us at Datefusion1@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. To expedite the process, kindly provide your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photographs of the affected product(s). We will promptly assess the situation and assist you in resolving the issue.
